Everyone should have a Will

It is important to have a valid Will to ensure your wishes at the end of your days are fulfilled without any problems. We stress the importance of instructing a qualified Solicitor to draft your Will and advise you and help you with this difficult and emotional process, but it needs to be done to give you peace of mind for the future.

We can help you with your Wills, Lasting Power of Attorney and Trusts.

A person who dies without a will is called an intestate person. This means that their estate must be shared out according to the rules of intestacy.  These rules state that only married or civil partners and some close relatives can inherit in these circumstances.  The same rules are followed if a person makes a Will that is not legally valid. Ensure that there are no problems with your Will by employing a qualified Solicitor. Click to read all about the rules of Intestacy
