My aim is to give you a fair and accurate assessment of the merits of your case and in particular the likelihood of not only being successful, but also recovering the majority of the costs incurred.
I have dealt with claims ranging from fairly straight forward matters in the County Court through the claims in the High Court and have a proven track record.
Pricing
Our advice is charged at competitive rates which will be agreed with you at the outset. Detailed estimates will be provided in most circumstances and for non–contentious work, such as drafting contracts and policies, where possible we will give you a quote. Our policy is to provide an open and transparent pricing of our work.
Every case is different due to the fact that the time spent will depend upon the facts of the case and the complexity but as a guide a fully contested case through the courts could cost between £5,000-£10,000. but if you are successful a claim for reimbursement would be made and on average you would recover 70-80% back of your costs.
As part of the free assessment we offer, I will be able to better assess what work would be required and would then be able to give a more accurate estimate of the costs.
For some cases, I offer a pay as you go, scheme, whereby I would give advice only when necessary during the process but leave the client to process the claim themselves and this does considerably reduce the costs.
