Annette Benjamin – Solicitor
“It’s my calm and methodical approach to my work that has made me the choice of many agents when recommending me to their clients. Moving home can be stressful enough without having lawyers putting up barriers as soon as things get complicated. I enjoy working with my clients and their agents to find ways of overcoming problems; there is no point in dwelling on what is wrong, I focus on finding a solution.”
I achieved a Distinction in my Legal Practice Course at the University of Westminster in 1998 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2001. After working for a legal practice in Ilford I moved to Maldon in 2004 where I specialised in property law with MPP Solicitors for some eleven years. For a short period, I joined a legal practice in Chelmsford and in 2017 I re-joined MPP Solicitors.
